Robin's Nest

Julep Robin, Gap, Revlon Whimsical Nails
I wanted to swatch Julep's Robin on it's own so bad, but it looked really boring on it's own.  So I dug out my bottle of Whimsical and Gap Mermaid and slapped on one coat on alternating fingers.  I think it jazzed it up quite a bit.  As you can see, the glitters didn't deviate from the base color too much, it's still a lovely "Tiffany blue".  I love this color, and every variation of it!  I'm actually very happy with this month's Julep Maven box.

  2. I love robin's egg blues, I think they're gorgeous on their own. This looks great with the glitters over it, too. I especially like Whimsical. I've been on the fence about that one for so long, I really ought to just buy it and be done with it. lol.

    1. You should just get it, there are so many times i'm on the fence about getting a polish and then regret not getting it lol

    1. Really? I only have one coat...I shook it up a bit before applying so maybe that's why. I didn't want to cover up Robin too much so I wanted to just add a light coat of glitter on top, nothing too dramatic..
